• Attention Juniors! The strawberry fundraiser orders will be delivered TODAY. Please pick up your orders at the high school concession stand directly after school. 

• Attention Seniors: Your 2025 prom theme is NORTHERN LIGHTS! Thank you for voting. The next prom committee meeting TODAY after school in room 208.

  • Senior quotes are in your senior google classroom. They are due by March 21st. They will not be accepted after that date. Any question see Mrs. Van Horn in room 104.

• There will be English SAT review sessions Thursdays TODAY in room 202 from 2:30-3:30.  All juniors are welcome.  Please use the sign-up sheet each week at the door of room 202 if you are interested, so materials will be prepared for you.

• There will be an informational lacrosse meeting TODAY at 2:30 in room 159 and there will be a workout on chase field following the meeting from 3-4. Tryouts will begin on March 17, make sure to sign up on Family ID. 

• Girls Golf Sign ups are going on now. If any girl is interested in signing up for the girls golf season please see Mr. Foley down in the PE office or sign up on family id. There will be a Girls Golf Meeting on March 14th at 2:30 in the Rubber gym.

• Any boy interested in playing Varsity Tennis this spring should sign up on Family ID or on the sheet by the AD's office.

• The Emergency Service Club will be hosting the Port Jervis Fire Department and present a demonstration on victim extrication utilizing a 3 in 1 mechanical advantage lowering system.  They will be in front of the school on Wednesday March 12 from about 2:30 pm until 3:30

• Attention Seniors: Cap & Gown payment of $10 cash is due by April 1st  to Mrs. Schields

• Any senior going on the Orlando Trip must see the nurse to pick up a mandatory medication  form.  This form must be returned at the parent meeting March 13. Contact the Nurse or Senior class advisor for more information.

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR JUNIORS:

• Attention Juniors!  

  • Juniors may purchase tickets to the Semi-Formal after school from Miss Gibson in room 131 from February 24th-March 7th. Tickets are $75 per person. The Semi-Formal is March 15th from 6-9pm at the Best Western in Matamoras. 

  • PM BOCES juniors may purchase tickets 2nd-period from Miss Gibson in room 131

  • If your date is NOT a junior, please obtain a special permission form from Mrs. Sauschuck, fill it out, and return it to Mrs. Sauschuck by February 28th, NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED! You may NOT purchase your date's ticket until they are approved.

  • Juniors may not purchase tickets if they are NOT in good standing. You must check with Miss Gibson before buying a ticket.

LATE BUSES: late buses run Monday through Friday. They depart from the middle school at 3:45 pm and again at 4:45. They are for students staying after school for school-related functions, and students must be issued a pass by their teacher or coach to ride the bus home.
