Women's History Month: Ruth Bader Ginsburg-Joan Ruth Bader Ginsburg, born in 1933, was an American lawyer who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1993 until her death in September 2020. She was the second woman on the Supreme Court and the first Jewish woman. She was dedicated to using her job as a lawyer to fight for equity.

FEARLESS! is taking applications for their 12th annual Summer Youth Leadership Academy (SYLA). The free, in-person week-long program aims to empower students entering grades 9-12 to learn about racism, bullying, gender oppression, the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, and building solutions for change.
WHEN: July 24- July 28 | - Port Jervis Recreational Center, 135 Pike Street
Students will receive:
30 Hours of Community Service, $50 Stipend *new this year, A Letter of Recommendation

Port Jervis HS seeks a driver for our Super Stock Car in the Soap Box Derby here in Port Jervis on June 11. Registration ends April 1st. See Mr. Koenig for more info.
Greetings Seniors! The 8th Annual Prom Dress Extravaganza will be held on Sunday, March 26th from 12 Noon to 4 PM at Temple Sinai, 75 Highland Avenue, Middletown NY. High School students are invited to attend and choose a Free Prom Dress to take home. There is also no cost to attend this event. They will have a choice from a large selection of Prom Dresses,including long formal and short cocktail dresses. Young men’s suits and accessories will also be available. Lunch and snacks will be available provided by the Temple Sinai Men’s Club.

Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-A Day-Auditorium, B Day-guidance conference & period 8 room 103.
Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit. If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one. Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side. Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
