BIRTHDAYS: Gideon Torres
The Nike Indoor Track Nationals took place March 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Armory in NYC. Ashur Allen and Constentino Proscia represented PJHS at Nationals. Ashur Allen finished 26th in the freshmen 60m dash and set a school record in the process. His time has him ranked 25th in New York State. Tino Proscia competed in both the long jump and 60m dash. He finished 32nd in the long jump and 75th in the 60m dash (out of 170 athletes). His time in the 60 has him ranked 20th in New York State and broke the school record Ashur set earlier in the day. Congratulations gentlemen!
DRAMA: The Drama Club's production of "Beauty and the Beast" has 4 performances, March 15th -17th. Advanced tickets are on sale at pjhsdrama.com Tickets will be available at the door for $10. Check out the showcase by the auditorium for show information.

PJHS welcomes youth educators from Fearless! who will be here Monday, 3/11, Tuesday 3/12, Wednesday 3/13 and Thursday, 3/14 to share information with students in all PE classes.

Any boys interested in playing tennis in the spring please come to the tennis courts at 2:30 on Monday, March 11th for a brief hit around. You can also sign up on family ID to register for tennis.
