Seniors, check your email or the Class of 23 Google classroom for the Senior Cap/Gown & Diploma Order Form 2023 link to order your CAP & GOWN and how you would like your name to appear on your diploma. The deadline is TODAY. The $10 payment may be made in cash to Mrs. Schields at any time prior to March 1st.

Please join Mrs. Fedorick for an informational meeting on Tuesday, January 10th at 2:15 in Mod 3 to learn more about how you can earn this prestigious award. Juniors who want to make this year's semi-formal (3/18) the best ever should come to the meeting after school on Wednesday (1/11) in room 311 with Hov and Dunleavy.
The Science Olympiad team now meets every Tuesday and Thursday afterschool in room 210. Many events have yet to be claimed. Competition is on February 4th.
Stock Market Club: Any High School student interested in the stock market or investing; join the Stock Market Club. In this program you will be given $100,000 in virtual money to invest in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. You will be competing with other students in the state to see who can grow their investments the most. We will meet on Tuesdays after school in Room 303 and will run until the middle of May. If you cannot initially attend but are interested, email Mr. Kaufmann at wkaufmann@pjschools.org or use code: 5ucxyyi for the Google classroom. Once added you will receive an email with an username and password for the stock market competition.
The Character Trait of the Month for January is Forgiveness. Please wear PINK on Wednesdays to represent Forgiveness! Forgiveness - a conscious and deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you.

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:
The Youth Humanitarian Award in Memory of Stanley Marcus is now available to Juniors and Seniors. This $250 scholarship is for students who display humanitarian principles by word and deed. Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-A Day-Auditorium, B Day-guidance conference & period 8 room 103.
Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit. If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one. Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side. Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
