• SPORTS: JV Wrestling HOME vs. New Paltz 5pm, Varsity Wrestling HOME vs. New Paltz 6pm

• TODAY: 

  • Over the weekend, Charlie Wylie and Alyssa Reed competed in the Girls Eastern States Classic. Charlie earned 1st place with a pin in the finals. Alyssa placed 2nd. The Raiders take on New Paltz tonight for senior night starting at 5PM.

  • Chess Club!  Room 311  

  • All Juniors are invited to meet after school in room 311 to plan decorations and food for our Semi-Formal Dinner and Dance on March 18th. Suggestions can also be submitted through the Class of 2024 Activities Google Classroom.

  • 🌈 The next GSA meeting will be after school in the guidance office.  All are welcome.

• 📣 All sophomores interested in attending CTEC next year must attend the CTEC visitation on Wednesday, February 1st in the afternoon.  Please bring your signed visitation pass to the guidance office by Wednesday January 25th. Please see Mrs. Costello in the guidance office for a pass. 

• Stock  Market Club: Any High School student interested in the stock market or investing; join the Stock Market Club. In this program you will be given $100,000 in virtual money to invest in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. You will be competing with other students in the state to see who can grow their investments the most. We will meet on Tuesdays after school in Room 303 and will run until the middle of May. If you cannot initially attend but are interested, email Mr. Kaufmann at wkaufmann@pjschools.org or use code:  5ucxyyi for the Google classroom. Once added you will receive an email with an username and password for the stock market competition.

• The Character Trait of the Month for January is Forgiveness. Please wear PINK on Wednesdays to represent Forgiveness! Forgiveness -  a conscious and deliberate decision to release feelings of resentment or vengeance toward a person or group who has harmed you.

• SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY:

  • The Youth Humanitarian Award in Memory of Stanley Marcus is now available to Juniors and Seniors. • Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-A Day-Auditorium, B Day-guidance conference & period 8 room 103.

• Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit.  If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one.  Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side.  Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
