• ATTENTION SENIORS: 

  • All seniors going on the Universal trip need to select their roommates. Four people will be assigned to each room. Please sign up in the library on Monday, Jan. 27th-Tuesday, Jan. 28th when we get back from Regents week. All four roommates must be present to sign up for the room. Questions? See an advisor.

  • There will be an organizational prom planning meeting on Monday, February 3rd in room 208 immediately after school. All seniors are invited to attend. 

• The Drama Club is hosting a fudge sale for Valentine's Day. Please see a Drama Club member to place an order. All orders and money are due on Thursday, January 30th.

• 4:30 JV Boys Basketball & Cheer 6:00 Varsity Boys Basketball & Cheer vs Goshen (HS Gym); Freshman Snack stand will be open

• 5:00 JV Wrestling & 6:00 Varsity Wrestling vs multiple schools @ Chester Academy - bus leaves 2:45

• Indoor Track @ West Point 6:00 pm - bus leaves 3:45

• The Orange County Arts Council will once again host its annual “The Arts Build Confidence Showcase” on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 10am to 3pm in the Center Court on the lower level of the Galleria at Crystal Run in Middletown. The event features an exhibit of Orange County High School student artwork, a digital display of elementary and middle school artwork, and performances by the high school theater groups. Come out and support the Port Jervis Art Department.   You don’t want to miss it!

• Ski and Snowboard Club information sheets are now available in the main office. Any questions or if you are a potential new member, please contact Mr. Kowal (pkowal@pjschools.org) at the middle school.  

• Port Jervis Mock Trial meets every Monday in room 261 (formerly 311). Mock Trial is a competition in which students argue a legal case against other schools before a New York state judge. It is the perfect activity for anyone interested in the law, debate, or public speaking. New members are always welcome. Please see Mr. Dunleavy or Nurse Weinick for more information.

• Come join the Science Olympiad team!  We meet in room 210 on Wednesdays.   25 events.  Claim your event or events now!  Bring your crew.   See Mr. Koenig for more information.

• Emergency Service Club --Looking for dedicated members interested in: all kinds of emergency operations,  emergency preparedness, community service and helping others. learn CPR, emergency medicine, fire, police and so much more!  Meeting every Wednesday, from 2:20 to 3:30- See Nurse Weinick for information.
