• The Runnin’ Raiders ran hard, but came up short against Goshen. Our top performers were: Girls-Makenna Williams (1st 200, 3rd 100), Savannah Mioglionico (1st 100h), Aniyah Green (2nd 100h, 3rd long), Brielle Rene (1st discus & shot), Emilie Sweeney (2nd discus), Abigail Russell (3rd 200). Boys- Tino Proscia (1st long, 2nd 100. & HJ), Bryce Shannon (2nd 1600 & 3200), TJ Fergus (1st 400h, 2nd Triple, 3rd 110h), Ashur Allen (3rd 400), Josiah Welch (3rd 200), Dorien Belice (2nd shot & discus).

    • The Character Trait of the month for April is Friendship~~the color is red.  Please wear your red for Friendship on Wednesdays! Friendship - a state of enduring affection, esteem, intimacy, and trust between two people. In all cultures, friendships are important relationships throughout a person's life span. • Art Club will meet this Thursday, April 25, in room 116 till 3:30.

• 🏫 There will be a field trip on Friday, May 3rd for current juniors taking a Mount Saint Mary College class through the Knight program. Juniors currently enrolled in a MSMC class can pick up a permission form for this trip in the Guidance office.

• The Powder Puff Teams have been created! PORT - Black Shirts will be coached by Miss Beirne, PRIDE - Red Shirts will be coached by Mr. Lazzaro & Dr. Bell. Your coaches will notify you of practices. The game will be Thursday, May 16th at 4:30 p.m. at Harriet Space Park.

• Port Jervis High School seeks a Derby Car driver to represent it at the June 9th Soap Box Derby held in Port Jervis. There is no cost as the school will pay for your registration. See Mr. Koenig in room 210 after school for more details.

• Firemen's Inspection Parade Participation Invitation: Please see the attached letter from the PJFD Secretary William Werner inviting Port Jervis Schools to participate in this year's parade.  This is for ALL CLUBS, ACTIVITIES, TEAMS, ATHLETES, AND GROUPS  and their advisors and coaches.
