The varsity softball team beat Goshen 6-1 yesterday. The team was led by big hits from Payton Thompson, Reagan Myers and Madison Dobbs.
THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED ALL DAY TODAY.
The Runnin’ Raiders competed against Goshen yesterday. Both girls and boys teams gave their best efforts, but suffered losses. Our top performers were: Girls- A. Russell (1st 200m, 2nd 100m), T. Burton (2nd LJ), J. Csencsits (3rd 100h), Y. Shihada (3rd 400m), A. Overland (2nd 400h), S. Maillet (3rd 800m), J. Sang (1st discus), A. Bennett (3rd shot, 2nd discus), B. Rene (1st shot, 3rd discus). Girls 4x100 (Burton, D. Allen, Csencsits, Russell) placed first. Boys- C. Proscia (1st LJ, HJ, 100m & 200m), T. Fergus (1st 110h & 400h, 3rd TJ), J. Welch (2nd LJ, 3rd 200m), T. Caridad (2nd 400, 3rd 100), S. Bhikarry (3rd HJ), E. Startup (1st shot, 2nd disc), D. Belice (3rd shot). Outstanding effort by all of our athletes!

Breakfast will ONLY be available until 8:30 am. Students should be getting breakfast before school starts. In the event that this does not happen, you can get a grab and go breakfast located outside of the cafe by putting in your student #. Breakfast will not be available during guided learnings in the cafe, the serving line will be closed.

The Student Council is hosting the spring blood drive April 27, 2023 from 8-12 in the NYBlood Center Bloodmobile. Please sign up through the link below. Students 16 and older may donate. Please pick up your permission slips in the main office or print from the attached files. 16 year olds need both permission slips. 17 & 18 year olds need the school permission slip. Students must return the permission slips before Tuesday April 25th to the main office to participate. You must have an appointment. You will need your confirmation, permission slip, and a form of ID (either a license or school id card) the day of the drive. If you do not have an ID, please see Ms. Leicht in the main office. FEARLESS! is taking applications for their 12th annual Summer Youth Leadership Academy (SYLA). The free, in-person week-long program aims to empower students entering grades 9-12 to learn about racism, bullying, gender oppression, the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships, and building solutions for change.

Students will receive:
30 Hours of Community Service, $50 Stipend *new this year, A Letter of Recommendation

Do you want a quiet place to eat your lunch? The following rooms are available for students to go to during their lunch period. Period 6-room 131, period 7-A Day-Auditorium, B Day-guidance conference & period 8 room 103.
Any student who will be driving to school needs to come to the AP's office and pick up an application for a parking permit. If you have previously received one you do not need to apply for a new one. Please make sure to display your permit in the bottom of your back window on the driver side. Stop by the Assistant Principal's office and see Mrs. Sauschuck for an application.
