a 24-hour series of events in agile communities around the world, as well as on-line

Interested in meeting other retrospective facilitators, learning and sharing experiences and concerns with agile retrospectives?

Come at the Pivotal office in Santa Monica (Los Angeles) or participate remotely.

Pivotal Labs will offer space and food for the registered participants.

  • What do we want to get out of this session? (~10 minutes)
  • Collect data: Mad, sad, glad on your retrospectives (~20 minutes)
  • Let's prioritise and address (single loop style) some of the data points from mad, sad, glad (~20 minutes).
  • How would a perfect retro look like? (~20 minutes)
  • Decide what to do (~10 minutes). Commit to one impactful change (F.I.N.E. Fast feedback, Inexpensive, No permission needed, Easy) to try in your next retrospective.
  • appreciation and collecting session ROTI (Return Of Time Invested) (~10 minutes)
