I grew up in Pittsville and currently live here with my husband and our two sons. My husband, Mark, also teaches for the Pittsville School District. In my free time, I am a busy supporter of my sons' activities, I enjoy almost all outdoor activities, I love traveling and seeing new places, and I like to read.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Learning Disabilities from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. I also earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education through the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.

I have taught in the Pittsville School District since 1997 and have teaching experience in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades as a classroom teacher and in grades K-8 as a Math Interventionist.
