Quantum Sensing

The question we ask ourselves is: can we build quantum sensors that can get around the fundamental noise limit in weak signal measurement?

In the past, we have developed a quantum sensor that can accelerate axion dark matter detection by a factor of eight [Jiang et al., Wurtz et al.]. We are seeking to develop better quantum sensors that harness the principles of quantum mechanics.
