This is my seventeenth year teaching special education. My career started at Bankbridge Regional, where I spent three years teaching in a self-contained middle school classroom, nine years at Pitman High School and currently teaching at Pitman Middle School. I will be providing replacement instruction for Math 8 and Social Studies/Science 7& 8.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, attending/watching sporting events and traveling to the shore. I live in Voorhees, NJ with my wife Laura, who is a special education teacher at Bankbridge Regional. We have four children-Ella-8, Lily-7, and Colin-5 and Jacob 3. Additionally, we have two labs named Rocky and Sierra.
I believe that all students learn in various ways. My instructional approach is the use of technology and differentiated instruction/ assessment. These instructional techniques cater to all students individual needs while addressing their strengths and weaknesses.
