Teachers use Schoology to:

• Provide a safe forum for students to discuss their ideas and collaborate on projects

• Assign and collect homework electronically

Parent Experience Overview

A Schoology Parent Account gives you access to:

• Your child's classes (specialist teachers, college credit classes, and course links when on quarantine)

• Your child's upcoming assignments (Note: Students in 4th-12th grades primarily use Summit Learning for their math classes and may also use it in their elective courses)

Schoology makes it easy for parents to stay involved in their children's education.

Student Attendance

Student Attendance is fed back and forth between Schoology and Powerschool so both platforms can be viewed to see student attendance data. 

Student Performance

Assignment scores are fed into PowerSchool from Schoology and PowerSchool calculates the final grade, so PowerSchool should be accessed to view all final grades.
