Hello Wilson Rams! My name is Karie Anderegg and I will be teaching 7th grade Texas History. This is my 16th year teaching and I am excited to be back at Wilson this year.
I am originally from Ohio and graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with a minor in integrated social studies. My husband and I moved to Texas 16 years ago and I love it here! Texas truly is home to me!
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. I especially enjoy my 3 granddaughters, two of them turned 5 in June and my other granddaughter is a year old. Our grandson is turning a year old in September. We will be welcoming another grandson sometime around November 2nd.
My name is Matthew Nino, and I am in my first official year of teaching. I have been a student-teacher, part-time tutor, and a substitute for a culmination of a year. I will be teaching 7th Grade Social Studies as well as coaching for our athletic department.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M International University with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2023. I have experience in both teaching and coaching as I was a personal trainer for over a year and a half. I am looking forward to my first year of teaching and am ecstatic that I get to do it at Wilson Middle School.
