Mrs. Smith's Review:

I picked this book up initially because it has Welsh folklore and a girl gravedigger, Ryn. She teams up with Ellis, a mapmaker, to venture into a magical wood to look for the source of the magic that brings skeletons, or bone houses, back to life. It has a nice balance of suspense and a wee bit of romantic tension. Looking forward to reading Lloyd-Jones's next book, The Drowned Woods.
