Teachers often either don't know digital literacy skills themselves or simply don't have time to teach those skills in their already packed day. CLICK seeks to connect those students who are "good at technology" with others who might not have a chance to learn digital skills through other more traditional means. Having a site that all community members can access, with content created by the students, will be one way to ensure that digital skills can be learned regardless of whether a given teacher addresses them explicitly or not.
CLICK seeks to provide an avenue for improving digital literacy for all community members as it provides opportunities for students to create content and contribute positively to an online space.
