Career education and guidance play an important role in curriculum that supports students' interests, strengths and aspirations, students' achievements, students at risk of poor outcomes, and students making informed decisions about their career choices and pathways. Careers are now increasingly seen not as being ‘chosen’ but as being constructed through the series of choices about learning and work that people make throughout their lives.
In addition to career guidance comes career talk/fair for the students to have options in choosing what course to take and what school to study. Hence, in making this program easily accessible to seniors, the sessions will be facilitated online — a virtual career talk.
