Welcome to 5th Grade Science and Social Studies! We'll embark on an exciting journey this year, exploring the fascinating worlds around us, from the tiniest particles to the vastness of human history.
Science Overview: In science, students will engage in hands-on investigations and collaborative projects to understand key concepts in each unit.
Social Studies Overview: Our social studies curriculum will focus on World history along with the history of the United States. Students will develop critical thinking and research skills.

Do NOT bring toys, fidgets, or balls. You MUST have a doctors note if your child needs these.
If Miss McNeilly gives you a toy, put it in your bookbag and take it home.
Do NOT bring permanent or paint markers
Do NOT bring bracelet-making kits or any other crafts
Do NOT bring makeup, hairbrushes, lotion, perfume, cologne, mirrors, or hand sanitizer
Do NOT bring stuffed animals or toys
Do NOT bring coffee, energy drinks, or sodas (anything with caffeine)
