Intro to Comp Sci

Final Exam Week

Our final review session will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, after lunch. Students need to bring their review packet (also posted to Google Classroom). This will be scored as a completion grade.

The final exam will be administered on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 8am until noon. The final exam consists of two parts. Part 1 is in a multiple-choice format like all of the quizzes and tests throughout this semester. Part 2 is a performance task in which students will be required to write the code (and documentation) to complete a specific task.

For the exam, students may bring one (1) sheet of 8.5"x11" paper (standard paper) with any hand-written notes they wish to utilize. No printed notes are allowed.

Make Up Work

Students are responsible for their make-up work. Each student can find missed assignments on Google Classroom or their school desk. It is their responsibility to locate their work upon returning to school. Students are allowed 1 day to make-up their work for each day they are absent.

If a student is absent on the day of scheduled quiz or exam or the date a written assignment is due, that work must be made up the day they return or at the discretion of the teacher. Grades will be entered as a zero (0) until they are made up.

Late Work Policy

10 points will be deducted each day an assignment is late. Grades will be entered as a zero until the late work is received. After three days, the grade will remain a zero.
