Pilgrim Cove Camp serves as facilities for a wide range of groups, including church based, youth sports, family reunions, weddings, professional retreats, non-profit retreats, and more.

Pilgrim Cove Camp is a nonprofit 501c3, founded in 1927 and occupies 11 acres along the shores of beautiful Payette Lake. Pilgrim Cove Camp has undertaken a few evolutions in its nearly one-hundred year history. It began as a retreat for members of the United Church of Christ (UCC). It then fairly quickly evolved into a program camp for youth associated with the UCC. For many years following this period it was the youth summer camp facilities for the YMCA before undertaking its current role comprised primarily of being the hosting facility for medium to large sized groups.

Working for Pilgrim Cove Camp you will fulfill the mission through positive, caring relationships with guests and staff. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of camp and managing camp staff consisting of seasonal employees and the camp cook. You will manage camp facilities, human resources, sales, marketing, and bookkeeping. You will work to grow facility use through marketing, outreach, and event planning activities. You will interact with guests for hosting coordination and assure they have a positive camp use and food experience. You will continually seek ways to improve camp use, camp facilities, and camper experience. You will endeavor to be active in the community raising the profile of the camp.

This is a lifestyle position – the Camp Manager lives at camp. Managing Pilgrim Cove Camp may be accomplished by an individual or a couple who feel a strong connection associated with furthering Camp’s mission in the beautiful setting of Payette Lake, in McCall, ID.

It is with a heavy heart that I am letting everyone know that Lori and I will be leaving Camp in November. We have LOVED our time here at Pilgrim Cove Camp and wish we could stay here forever. Due to health complications, we need to be closer to our family and medical facilities.

Tracy - Kitchen Manager and Camp Cook

Tracy has brought with her an infectious thirst for life and all our campers have come to love her and the wonderful homemade food she serves. Her heart is truly what Pilgrim Cove Camp is all about and we are so thankful for her willingness to become apart of the fabric of the Camp's story.
