Disclaimer:ALL eggs, unless otherwise specified by customer are cooked easy over. Meaning the yolks and whites of the egg are somewhat runny. If you would like your egg prepared differently please let us know at the time of ordering. We cannot alter the food once you have received it without an additional charge. Also, if ordering any steak products (when provided) our default cook for all steaks is medium rare. This by definition leaves a pink inside with a browned exterior. If you would like your steak well done, please let the cashier know at the time of ordering. If you have any allergies, we do ask that you let the cashier know at the time of ordering. Most of our dishes either include cheese or other potential allergy causing ingredients. Please let the cashier know before ordering if you suffer from any allergies to food. Discounts, which include but are not limited to Kamaaina, Senior, Coupons and / or any like reduction of price shall only be honored or issued at the sole discretion of Piggy’s Place staff and management. Discounts also cannot be combined with any current promotions or towards any already discounted item. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any of our current or potential customers but can only acknowledge the items we currently issue out directly or through vendors we have directly authorized. Any coupons or discount items that have been issued in error shall not be the responsibility of Piggy’s Place to honor or reimburse, please contact the third-party vendor in which you made the purchase and request a refund directly from the. Piggy’s Place staff and management hereby reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Thank you for your understanding to these matters. One (1) hour before closing we switch from in-house dining to take-out only. These times are as follows: Sunday 7:30PM and Monday-Friday 8:30PM. At this point we start charging for takeout. The fee per take-out container is FIFTY Cents ($.50) +tax. This is not a storewide policy only that of Piggy’s Place. Receipts: in an effort to save paper and cutdown on waste, during high traffic hours, we disable our printer and receipts are not available at this time. If a receipt is needed, we can write one for you upon request. Please note that in some cases the plating is different than those in the pictures surrounding ours stall. The pictures were taken to showcase the items we have available. If there are any questions in regard to plating or what comes with any one item, please ask the cashier. GACHA Points: Our pricing towards Gacha points differs. All items are between 2 – 3 points higher than the listed dollar amount. The dollar amount is reflected on our menu and chalkboard. Please ask the cashier for the pricing list for the Gacha points OR please feel free to look at the listed price on the counter fronting the chalkboard. This is only for our store specifically; the other stores may have varying prices. Also Gacha points are stored once received by our company in a locked box, we are unable to make change for any Gacha points received; for example: if your bill is 7 Gacha points but only have a 10 chip we cannot give change for the 3 point overage you must go to the Gacha World and get smaller denominations.
