Hello and welcome to Pieces of Nevada! 

I'm Hillary, the creative force behind Pieces of Nevada. Throughout my life, my heart has always belonged to the arts. I hold degrees in both business and culinary arts, and I've continuously nurtured my passion for creativity through a lifetime of art classes, museum visits, and workshops.  It is a long-cherished dream of mine to share that love of art with the world. 

Raised under the dynamic skies of Northern Nevada, I have often found my inspiration in nature.  The world is a daunting and often frightening place; I truly believe that art in its many forms can help us all to navigate our lives with a little less fear.  We can create a space for ourselves, a haven away from the demands the world places on us, using art to decorate our homes and to inspire rejuvenation.
