Mrs. Albertson

This is my eighth year teaching Middle School and my fifth year teaching Language Arts. Previously, I have been with Pickens County Schools for three years, but I have experience teaching in two states, four counties, and JMS is my fifth school. My husband and I have made Jasper, GA our home for the last four years, so nothing gives me greater pleasure than the opportunity to invest in our community by working with the students that live here.

I am certified to teach Science as well as Language Arts, but Language Arts is my passion. I earned my undergraduate degree in Middle Grades Education at the University of NC at Greensboro, and I also just completed my Master's of Fine Arts in Creative Writing in August.
