Important: You must have permission from your branch manager or administrator to use this site. ABC does not give out login details without their express permission. Please contact your office to obtain the login details.
The first page that you will see is a list of the latest 50 orders with products and status. On the top of the dashboard there are three action buttons:
New and Existing Orders Remove Board Action Required.
Selecting Agent Management (by selecting SETTINGS then AGENT MANAGEMENT on the left hand side of the HOME page) opens the Page where you can add additional agents. Fill in the details and upload their profile photo.
The Add Agent Photo button allows you to upload images. If you use multiple images such as a team etc you will need to create additional agents.
You will need to have at least one agent or admin added to request board removals.
The Dashboard displays with the status of your order.
Clicking on the property address will open a job card where you can find detailed information and actions of your order.
The Job card allows you to see the status of each product in your order.
The Timeline displays a start to recycle process with actions and other info.
The Right hand side displays products for each category, actions and general information such as a future install date.
Here is an example of an installed board.
Clicking on VIEW APPROVED ARTWORK opens a popup window where you can display your artwork images.
Note: this image is only available For ABC designed artwork, not external artwork such as Campaign Track etc.
Depending on your browser it will either open as an attachment or be available in the window.
Clicking on view INSTALLATION PHOTO opens a popup to display installation photos. (once the installer physically installs the board)
Note: there may be circumstances when the driver was unable to take a photo for various reasons outside of our control. If the database says sign installed it will have been installed.
Clicking on REQUEST BOARD REMOVAL opens a popup form to request board removal. Preferred dates can be entered.
Clicking the Remove Board action from the main dashboard will redirect you to this page where users can submit one or multiple board removal requests for recycling.
These requests are instant and will be added to our installers run sheets for the next day if submitted before 1500.
The Action Required tab from the dashboard will redirect you to this page where you can lodge any job related issues. The best part about this feature is the addresses displayed are only from current boards installed.
This sends a request for re-erecting your sign straight to the database the job card will display that once submitted.
Once, report issue is submitted it will display a confirmation message with Job ID. This re- install is entered as an URGENT install
Use this feature only if our installers have installed your sign at the incorrect address or in the wrong place on the property.
This is NOT for moving stock boards or personalised signs to a different location. To do that, order a removal of your sign and place a new order for the property that you want your sign installed at. That way we ensure your sign is re painted and in the best condition possible.
Select the address the sign was installed at and fill in the details for us to correct your problem.
Please be aware that our installers will not install or move signs to illegal council locations we are not responsible for any fines should you have not received the correct permissions
Please give us as much information as possible including any photos if required
Normally ABC do not charge for this but we reserve the right to depending on circumstances
Enter the address and the person reporting the problem then select Action Required.
We will try and remove the Graffiti and if we are unable we will contact you to discuss options. If you consider it is beyond repair please mention that in the notes
Q Can more than one user place an order at a time form our company account?
A Yes.
Q Why do I need multiple logins for my office?
A At this stage it is necessary when you use multiple regional managers. Future updates will change this.
Q Can I order products from this website?
A Not without express permission from your Head Office.
