Kaseya is a remote management software that our IT is using to remotely manage and monitor computers.

1. To know your Kaseya name, go to you desktop screen
2. Click on the icon tray at the right side bottom
3. Look for a color blue 'K' icon and hover your mouse over it and that's it! Your Kaseya name's format is 'KaseyaName.root.pppi'
