1. Forget wifi name by going to network settings

2. Go to wifi tab and click Manage known networks

3. Select wifi name (Ex. Phoenixfuelslife) and click forget

4. Open Google browser and clear cache. Click here.

5. Restart the laptop and retry connecting to the network.

6. Input wifi password
