The computer won't recognize USB device

- Restart the laptop/desktop
- Check USB flash drive if properly secure
- Use different ports on the laptop/desktop
- If still not working, try test the flash drive to the another laptop ports
- Update the USB driver by pressing in your keyboard Windows +R and type in devmgmt.msc + enter
6. If its working, your USB ports should be check by the IT technician to repair
7. If its NOT working, USB device must be corrupted or damaged
