1. Check the RAM performance by pressing on the keyboard CTRL+ALT+DELETE and select Task Manager
2. Click on the Performance tab and check the memory usage. (It should not taken all the memory capacity)
3. If the memory usage has taken up, click on the Process tab and end task all the unnecessary running apps.
4. Check if the performance is improved
1. Plug the laptop charger to check if the power light lit up
2. If not working, check other charger to check if the charger is working or not
3. Perform hard reset by long pressing the power button

1. Check cables if properly secured
2. Test cable cords to other printer if detected
1. Plug mouse to different USB ports to check if mouse is detected
2. Update mouse driver
