My name is Emily Gallacher, and I am so happy to be your teacher! I grew outside of Chicago, Illinois with my mom, dad, and two sisters. I went to college at Xavier University, and I majored in Early Childhood Education. After college, I moved the Las Vegas, Nevada. I taught for the last seven years there, in a kindergarten and first grade classrooms. I completed my Master in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education while living in Las Vegas, NV. I married the love of my life in 2019, and we decided to relocate our lives with our two cats to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am very excited to be here working at Potter-Thomas Promise Academy.
