Students draw a basic animation by creating duplicates of an image traveling around a still background. Below are some examples of this project.
Students learn the second type of animation drawing: The Pose to Pose.
Students draw a basic animation by creating key poses, then extremes, and then the in between poses.
Some videos also explore the use of Squish and Stretch.
Expanding on the knowledge learned in the first two projects, students create the 4 key poses to a walk cycle (Contact, Passing, Up, and Down)
