Movie/Game day

Movie and Game Day: a day where you can watch movies and play games with your friends. Held on December 20, 2024 in Furness High School, it is an event held by the student council so that you could relax and have a leisure time outside of the repetitive school schedule. You should consider joining this event!

It is held during the 4th period at different locations throughout the school. There will be 4 English movies that will be running in rooms 312, 320, 401, and 305. They will feature Home Alone, Polar Express, Meet Me Next Christmas, and The Grinch, respectively. For Spanish speakers, we also have 3 Spanish movies in room 206, in the IMC, and 401. Playing in these rooms are: The Christmas Chronicles, Nacho Libre and Encanto.

If you’re not a movie person, we also have game rooms in room 005, there will be games like Fifa Soccer. 

Do you have something to do on December 20? If not, then you should sign up for this fun and cozy event. Inform your friends to come and have a wonderful time! You just need to pay $2 to come to the event. There will be snacks and beverages for sale as well. See you there!
