A Call Back From Heaven

I had many experiences revolving around people

and how much they meant to me but at times 

that would fade off. 

And to say it hurted, it burned my chest in a way

I can't remember to describe.

I prayed to God that he would take me

back with him. I didn't want to be there

anymore. I prayed I wouldn't wake up.

It was me they were after, 

I couldn't stand it anymore I cried to God

about it and slept hoping it would be my

last night, 

and yet I wasn't taken away. 

And for that I thank God he let me survive,

To that I thank God that he woke me up 

the next morning knowing I still had a purpose to be there.
