Where Do I Start?

If your employer is a current member of PHCCLA and is ready for you to enroll, please make sure you and your employer complete the following:

    • Online Essential Skills Test

    • Downloadable Enrollment Packet and Application

Employer Forms

• • Online Employer Enrollment Form

    • Downloadable Employer Enrollment Form

  • Online Sponsor-Employer Agreement

    •  Downloadable Sponsor-Employer Agreement

If your employer is not a current member, they would just need to join the association as an Active Member, and then complete the following:

PHCCLA is ready to help connect you with an employer in your area.  Please complete the Apprenticeship Interest Form, indicating where in the state you would be able to work.  PHCCLA will send you a list of employers for you to reach out to, letting them know you are ready to join a plumbing apprenticeship with us.
