Registering for the ACT
What you need:
About 40 minutes
Computer with internet
Credit card or ACT waiver
Headshot: photo with full face and shoulders against a white background. You can take a picture in the Career Center.
To register at school, or take a headshot, just email your counselor for an appointment.
WAIVER PROCEDURES: Pick up a waiver eligibility form from a Ms. Goff. Return it after your parent or guardian has signed it. If eligible, Ms. Goff will give you a waiver.
If eligible, a student will get 4 fee waivers total (11-12 grades).
Waivers do not cover late registration fees.
These can be used any time in 11th-12th grades.
EVERY junior will also take the ACT for free, at school, in February. This does not use up a waiver.
