Attention: TC's and DC's
To verify that teachers in your respective departments have all their Gradebooks set up correctly and in compliance with AP 5121.3 (i.e., with the correct Assignment Category Percentages or % Weight Distribution), you may want to request from them a copy of the following documents prior to the opening of the Q1 Grading Window (See attached samples):
Document 1 - Gradebook Summary of Classes (1 page)
Steps:
1) Go to Gradebook;
2) To see all classes, change the Term Code <pull down menu> to "All" then "Go";
3) Print the page.
Document 2 - Assignment Categories for Each Class (1 page/class)
Steps:
1) Choose or click on the Course ID of the first class;
2) Click on "Assignment Categories";
3) Print the page;
4) Go back to the Gradebook by clicking on the "Gradebook" tab;
5) Change the Term Code to "All", if necessary, to see all classes;
6) Choose or Click on the next Course ID;
7) Repeat Steps 5 through 8 until the Assignment Categories for all classes have been printed.
