Choreographer's Notes: A piece that seeks to embody the disturbances within the mind of individuals when hardships and challenges arise. Through large and erratic movements used to encapsulate the downsides of mental health, along with one’s thoughts and feelings when dealing with troubling situations. Although, this piece highlights the hardships, it is also to bring awareness to the issue of society not prioritizing mental health, which is every humans right and a crucial state of wellbeing. So think to yourself, what is troubling my mind today? and what healthy and positive things can I look forward to in order to get me through them?
