How Can I Change My PGCPS Password?

The parent will need to send an email to t3@pgcps.org.

  1. The subject of the email can be "Password Change"
  2. The email must include the following information:
      • --Student Name
      • --Student ID Number (can be found in SchoolMax or report card/progress report)
      • --Birth Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
      • --School
      • --Grade Level
  3. Once all information is verified, a reply will be sent with their username and new password. (Can Take Up To 72 hours)
