All projects should be checked through "Rules Wizard" to determine what forms and approvals are necessary to participate in the PGASF. Rules Wizard https://ruleswizard.societyforscience.org/
Each middle school can submit up to 3 projects; TAG Centers and STEM Middle Schools can submit up to 6 projects.
Each high school can submit up to 6 projects; Science and Tech High Schools and Specialty schools can submit up to 12 projects.
Our Scientific Review Committee (SRC) will occur on February 12, 2026. All coordinators must submit Online Registration and paperwork by February 6, 2026 to be reviewed by the SRC.
If all paperwork is completed prior to February 6, 2026, please contact us at science.office@pgcps.org for an appointment and advanced review.

*Students may opt to use the Research Plan Template that is included in the Student Science Project Approval Packet, or they may opt to complete the research plan in paragraph form for submission with the Student Science Project Approval Packet. Either way, the student should be sure to include all required information.
