Letter from Mrs. Cruz (Registrar)
Dear GMS Parents, I kindly hope this message finds you well. Attached is the second notice regarding the transitional registration for high school. Please ensure you complete the registration for your 8th grader by May 30, 2025. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to me via email, and I would be more than happy to help. For your convenience, I have also included a cheat sheet to guide you through this process. If you have not yet activated your account in Synergy/ParentVue, please let me know, and I will provide you with your activation code. Remember, registration is necessary to receive promotional tickets. If you have already completed this process, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and you may disregard this message. Thank you for your attention to this important matter. Best regards.
Hello 8th grade IMMERSION families,
We hope you are doing well. We wanted to give clarity regarding the continuity process this year. By Friday, March 21st, if you have not completed the Immersion Continuity form, your child will NOT be able to register at Largo HS for the immersion program. If you are unsure of your decision and your child is on a waitlist for another program, we suggest completing the form to accept Immersion Continuity. Please note that you will be allowed one change of program if your child received a spot from a waitlist from another program. If you do not select Immersion Continuity and your child is not selected for another program/does not not come off the waitlist, Largo HS Immersion will not be an option for their 9th grade year. As a result, this will default enrollment to their neighborhood school.
As a reminder, below are the next steps for selecting continuity in our outstanding Immersion Programs.
Step 1: Complete this form to choose continuity: https://bit.ly/LHS-Immersion-2025 DUE March 21, 2025
Step 2: Complete the Charter/Speciality Application via Synergy- ParentVUE DUE April 4, 2025
This step will not be available until the Monday after you submit the form.
Please see this site for help with ParentVue https://www.pgcps.org/offices/information-technology/technology-training-and-instructional-technology/parentvue-support-for-parents-and-guardians

Set the goal to $300.00 or more!
