The PGA Tournament Series refund policy applies to players who have paid the Entry Fee and subsequently withdraw prior to starting the event. ALL withdrawals must be made either via email to memberchampionships@pgahq.com or by calling (469) 213-7756. Refund amounts vary based on the following:

• A Full Refund, less the administration fee ($25), will be granted prior to the Entry Deadline. 

• A 50% refund will be granted after the Entry Deadline, but before starting times are released. 

• After starting times are released, refunds will only be granted if the Refund Request Form is submitted to memberchampionships@pgahq.com and approved by the Sr. Dir. Member & Amateur Championships (Matt Weinberger, PGA).

One originally registered player must remain on the team in switching teammates. If both players are replaced, they will move to the bottom of the waitlist and the first alternate will take that team’s spot.

Players shall present a neat appearance, appropriate to a Major professional golf championship at all times. Shorts must be hemmed not more than two inches above the knee, and professional looking in appearance. All attire must be hemmed appropriately for a Major professional golf championship.

Male PGA players must wear slacks during competition rounds.

Female PGA players may wear slacks, walking shorts, skorts or golf skirts/dresses, which constitute acceptable clothing worn by women in connection with participation in professional golf championships.

All PGA players will be required to present a neat appearance, appropriate to a professional golf championship in both clothing and grooming.
