Coaching Golf: You’re not just teaching golf - you’re teaching life skills. Golf is the vehicle that you will use. The NFHS Learning Center has teamed up with the PGA of America and the PGA National High School Golf Association to provide this course for golf coaches. This course teaches how to determine and communicate your team’s core values, how to teach emotional control to your students, how to create game-like practices to prepare them for the emotional pressure of being on the course, how to teach your students to focus on scoring, not just on their swing and the practice tools and drills that you need to progress students through the different stages of development.
