Spectator & Golf Cart Policy

Spectator Policy

Spectators are permitted and should remain on the cart paths and away from play at all times. Spectators may look for golf balls but must limit communications with players. All spectators must abide by any rules and regulations of the host facility (dress code, cell phone policy, spectator policy, etc.). No spectator carts will be permitted. Spectators are prohibited from riding in or on contestant golf carts. Failure to comply with the spectator policy may result in removal of the individuals involved for the remainder of the competition.

Spectator ADA Mobility

Individual disabled spectator golf cars are not available at the Pinehurst Open. Accessibility shuttles will be running to on-course viewing stations where multiple holes can be seen. A list of shuttle locations and more instructions will be available onsite at the championship. Please stop by the golf shop upon your arrival for more information. 

Contestant Golf Carts

All players will ride in golf carts for the event and must comply with all manufacturer and facility operation guidelines. Spectators are not permitted to ride in or on contestant golf carts. Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of golf cart privileges for the remainder of the competition.
