Hunters Run features three meticulously maintained 18-hole golf courses that spread over almost 1000 acres on the east side of Boynton Beach, Florida. Position Description: Hunters Run Country Club is seeking a visionary, results-driven Head Golf Professional to help lead our award-winning Golf Professional Staff and support the daily excellence of our complex 54-hole golf operation. This premier leadership role offers a unique platform for a dedicated PGA Professional to mentor a high-performing team, elevate member engagement, and deliver an inclusive, vibrant, and first-class golf experience.

This individual demonstrates a collaborative leadership style, operational discipline, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence across all facets of the golf operation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead daily golf operations across a 54-hole facility, ensuring consistent execution of service standards and an exceptional member experience.
Support financial performance of the golf operation, including staffing, pro shop, and program revenue.
Collaborate with the Director of Golf, Agronomy, and Club leadership to align operations, course conditions, and member programming.
Develop and mentor golf staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
Oversee tournament operations, member events, and golf programming to drive engagement and utilization.
Serve as a visible and approachable presence for members, reinforcing a welcoming and inclusive club environment.
Supervises, trains, and develops golf staff, ensuring consistent execution of service standards and operational procedures.
Oversees daily golf operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels in alignment with budget guidelines.
Supports and coaches golf managers in executing departmental objectives established by the Director of Golf and Chief Operating Officer/General Manager.
Coordinates course scheduling and daily play as needed with the Director of Agronomy to support optimal course conditions for the best member experience.
Prepares and contributes to club communications, including newsletters, calendars, and golf-related publications.
Conducts daily 360-degree reviews of golf operations to ensure service consistency, facility standards, and overall member experience.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all golf shop operations, including merchandising, point of sale systems, and inventory practices.
Attends Golf Committee meetings and supports the execution of club programs and initiatives.
Enforces all club rules, policies, and procedures applicable to members, guests, and staff.
Including, but not limited to, the following:
PGA Class “A” Member or Level 3 PGA Associate
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience at a multi-course facility
Exceptional management, leadership, and delegation skills
