AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN OR SPECTATING AT THE 2026 PGA WORKS COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIP, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
ADVICE POLICY
ALTERNATE POLICY
Alternates, both teams and individuals, are ranked by the Championship Committee using the same “additional considerations” as listed on the 2025 Championship website here.
Alternates will be informed of their position on their respective alternate list via email from the Championship Committee. If invited to participate, alternates are required to accept or decline via phone call, or in writing via email. If declined, or no response is received, the next alternate on the list will be invited and that team/individual will forfeit their spot on the alternate list.
Beginning Saturday, May 3, 2025, the Championship Committee will establish a revised On-Site Alternate List. If a spot becomes available, the on-site alternate will be informed via email and phone call from the Championship Committee. If declined, or no response is received, the next on-site alternate on the list will be invited and that individual will forfeit their spot on the list.
On-site alternates will only be considered for individuals competing in the Men’s and Women’s Individual competitions. On-site alternates are welcome to use the practice facilities, and are invited to attend ancillary events such as the Career Showcase and Welcome Celebration. On-site alternates will not be able to participate in the official practice rounds. On-site alternates will not have their hotel room paid for, or have food and beverage provided by PGA REACH until they are a confirmed player in the field. On-site alternates should check in with the PGA staff at the championship office located at Whistling Straits. On the morning on round one, on-site alternates should check in with the starter at hole #1 of the Straits course.
CADDIE POLICY
Both caddies and forecaddies are not allowed for practice rounds or competition rounds.
CHAMPIONSHIP - SPECTATOR & PLAYER/ADVICE GIVER ADA MOBILITY
Individual disabled spectator golf cars are not available at the championship. Accessibility shuttles will be running to on-course viewing stations where multiple holes can be seen. A list of shuttle locations and more instructions will be available onsite at the Championship. Please stop by the Championship Office upon your arrival for more information.
Player and Advice Givers: Please contact collegiatechamp@thepga.com to receive a form to submit. This form must be received by the PGA by April 21, 2025, and must be received by Matt Weinberger by email at mweinberger@pgahq.com. Incomplete or late submissions may result in insufficient time to evaluate. All submissions are confidential and reviewed solely for the purpose of evaluating the car request.
INDIVIDUAL COACH GOLF CAR POLICY
Coaches that travel with a student-athlete competing in the individual division will not have access to a golf car. You must walk with your individual competitor during both practice and competition rounds. Coaches may not caddie for their individual participant(s).
PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
Please see the Player Code of Conduct Here
PUSH CART POLICY
Non-motorized push carts are allowed and contestants are to utilize their own personal push cart if needed. Whistling Straits has a limited number of push carts available for rent, which will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
SPECTATOR POLICY
Please see the Spectator Code of Conduct Here.
Family and friends of competing teams/players are welcome to attend as spectators.
All ancillary events including the Welcome Reception/Career Fair are reserved for players and team coaches only.
