 Who Are We?

Monroe is excited to celebrate its Centennial Season as the club was founded in 1923 with the Donald Ross design course opening on July 4, 1924.  The club is known for its vibrant membership with programs for members/guests of all ages and skill levels. The club culture is family-oriented and the members enjoy a neighborhood-like environment with robust tournament, instruction, and merchandise programs! The course has recently been recognized by Golf Magazine as Best in State and is annually ranked as a GolfWeek Top 100 Classic. 

Monroe has also played host to the Monroe Invitational an elite amateur event that continues to be ranked Top 20 in the World and has enjoyed showcasing players like Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, Brandt Snedeker, and Andy Ogletree (2019 -Champion, 2019– US Amateur Champion and Low Amateur at The Masters in 2020).
