Have you missed a peer support meeting, can't wait until next month, or just can’t get to one? Our confidential support line is for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and their parents, family and friends.

Whether you're coming out to your family and friends, or a parent who has just learned that your child is transgender or gay, we're here for you. For some families, this can be a very long and difficult process, as parents struggle to understand and adjust to a new reality. For others, a little information and reassurance may be all that is needed. Regardless of where you're at in the process, we can help.

Our volunteers are parents who understand what you're going through. They listen, offer support and can suggest resources that are suitable for your situation.

If no volunteer is available when you call, please leave a message with your first name, phone number and any details you'd like to provide. We will call you back as soon as possible. When we return your call, we'll do our best to maintain confidentiality--we will never identify Pflag Niagara on voice mail or if someone else answers the phone.
