Sean graduated with a degree in Mathematical Economics and a Minor in Spanish from Pitzer College. He has three mantras he lives, learns, and teaches by: keep an open mind, stay positive, and never give up. Sean is grateful to have found his passion for unlocking the learning potential of students, passing down his genuine curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge to over 3,000+ students of the Personalized Prep family.
Alena graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering at University of California, Irvine. She is passionate about subjects in Mathematics and the STEM field. Alena utilizes her ability to identify student needs, patiently work with them on their weaknesses, and hone their strengths. With her deep mathematical foundations, she strives to make her students enjoy and think in numbers the way she does. Her appreciation for learning and problem solving is what she wants to bring forth in others too. Whether it’s academics or having a healthy mindset in life, Alena will make sure you’re on the right track.
Celeste graduated from University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s in History and a Minor in Political Science, where she graduated Cum Laude. During her time at UCI, Celeste was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Museum Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Celeste has been passionately fostering the growth of students in all age groups for over 5 years and loves watching students become scholars. Her ability to motivate students to be the best versions of themselves provides them the confidence that their future is bright.

Trent has an unwavering passion for mathematical theory and this is evident in his tutelage of students. A willing and quick learner, Trent possesses the uncanny ability to identify a student's line of reasoning as well as the patience to take students through the step-by-step process necessary to garner a genuine understanding of math concepts.
