REGISTRATION FOR BORROWERS' CARD
Requirements for borrowers' card application:
Submit one copy of a 1x1 latest picture and fill-out a borrowers card registration form.
Only those students with Library cards will be allowed to LRC materials.
If lost, payment of fifty pesos (Php 50.00) for processing fee, and bring 1 pc 1x1 picture.
For damage and tattered library cards, registration are free of charge and bring 1pc 1 x 1 picture.
Replacement will be issued after a week from the date of application.
ONLINE BORROWING
Steps on how to borrow library materials:
1. Search on the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) https://calsa.perpetualdalta.edu.ph:8041/lms/
2. Contact the Librarian/Unit library on our social media channels.
3. Fill out the request form / borrower's slip.
ONLINE RETURNING
Steps on how to return borrowed library materials:
Fill out the return slip using google form/onsite form.
Drop your borrowed library material/s in the return box located at the front of the library.
The Librarian sends an email of confirmation on the success of the transaction.

You can now request copies of non-returnable materials, such as book chapters, images, journal articles, manuscripts, maps, reports, and other library collections, and we will email or send them to you.

ONLINE REFERENCE SERVICE
An information services that assist library patrons in obtaining the data they require. It is a service that involves either finding the required data on behalf of the clientele or assisting clients in finding data.
ONLINE LIBRARY RESERVATION
To use the LRC facility, a prior appointment must be sought at least two days before the scheduled activity.

Book Evaluation Tool
An assessment tool to assist the Learning Resource Center in collaboration with faculty, in determining the relevance of the collection to the program in support of instruction.
1. Connect with the Learning Resource Center for access.
2. Click your department's e-books.
3. Click on the course/subject you are teaching.
4. Start by reading and evaluating the e-books.
5. Answer the evaluation tool by clicking the Google form link
