Student Chromebook Support

Elementary

Students should report any Chromebook issue to their teacher. Depending on the model, the teacher may send the student to the office to process the repair. Students will receive a loaner Chromebook until their device is repaired.

Secondary

Students should report to the school library regarding all Chromebook issues. Students will receive a loaner Chromebook until their device is repaired.

Order a Charger

Chargers (K-12)

If you need a replacement charger for a student Chromebook that is lost or damaged, you will need to purchase this yourself. Depending on the model, you will need a 45 watt (or greater) USB-C charger or pin charger.

Pin chargers may be available through the building. Check with the Library (secondary) or Office (elementary) for availability.
