What is SPARK?
What is SPARK?
SPARK is the a new special area in the Pennsbury School District. Each student will participate in the SPARK curriculum from Kindergarten through fifth (5th) grade. Each elementary school will deliver STEM-based instruction, which incorporate skills and knowledge from multiple content areas. The program incorporates literacy, meaningfully integrates multiple content areas, and presents students with authentic and relevant methods to solve problems. The inquiry-based process affords students the opportunity to pose questions, design solutions, create prototypes, and discuss their results with their peers.
